医疗保健人工智慧新创公司 Sword Health 宣布将以近 3 亿美元的全现金交易收购知名冥想与心理健康应用程式 Headspace，该交易预计于 2026 年第四季初完成。Sword 执行长 Virgilio Bento 表示，此次收购将增强公司在心理健康领域的布局，并为 Headspace 带来更高程度的个人化功能与主动回应使用者需求的能力。

在此次收购之前，Sword Health 已于今年稍早以 2.85 亿美元收购了背部及关节疼痛数位管理平台 Kaia Health。在 2025 年 6 月的融资轮中估值达 40 亿美元的 Sword，计划于今年稍晚筹集更多资金，并可能最早于 2028 年申请首次公开发行（IPO）。

Healthcare AI startup Sword Health has announced the acquisition of popular meditation and mental health app Headspace in an all-cash deal valued near $300 million, expected to close by early Q4 2026. Sword Chief Executive Officer Virgilio Bento stated that the transaction reinforces the company's presence in mental health while enabling a more personalized Headspace app that proactively addresses user needs.

Founded in 2010, Headspace gained prominence through guided meditations, anxiety courses, and sleepcasts, achieving over 100 million downloads across 200 countries and adoption by more than 20,000 enterprise clients. Meanwhile, Sword Health leverages smartphone cameras and AI algorithms to allow clinicians to remotely monitor physical therapy sessions and predict, prevent, and treat physical pain.

The acquisition follows Sword Health's earlier purchase of digital pain management competitor Kaia Health for $285 million earlier this year. Valued at $4 billion following its June 2025 funding round, Sword intends to secure additional funding later this year and may file for an initial public offering as early as 2028.
