According to a recent survey by the Pew Research Center, the youngest members of the US workforce are growing increasingly skeptical and concerned about artificial intelligence. For the first time, a majority of adults under thirty say they are more concerned than excited about the technology, with almost three-quarters fearing that AI advancements will lead to widespread job losses.

This shift in attitude highlights the complex relationship younger generations have with artificial intelligence. Although they are among the most fluent users of the technology, they are entering the workforce just as AI threatens to eliminate the conventional junior roles that typically provide a foothold in the labor market.

Meanwhile, more established and experienced workers are becoming increasingly positive about artificial intelligence. While the precise impact of AI on overall hiring remains difficult to quantify, there are indications that early-stage hiring has slowed down, and corporate executives have openly stated that AI automation can help companies save money.
