为了应对这种欺骗行为,许多企业正在重新调整他们的招聘流程,以确保候选人的真实能力。一些公司取消了远端编程测试,转而要求进行实体面试、现场白板测试或是引入人工智慧检测软体。同时,部分知名企业更是明文禁止在面试过程中使用人工智慧,并强调亲自面对面评估的重要性。

With the popularization of artificial intelligence technology, an increasing number of job seekers are relying on chatbots to cheat during the interview process, causing significant concern among employers. Many interviewers have found that some candidates perform flawlessly during online interviews but are entirely incompetent once they actually start the job. This phenomenon has led to a new type of AI-induced hiring paranoia in the workplace.

In order to secure a job opportunity, up to half of job applicants admit to using artificial intelligence tools during their search, with some even secretly reading generated scripts on their screens during real-time interviews. This not only causes companies to hire unqualified employees but also results in high costs for rehiring and training. Many job seekers believe that in a highly competitive market, using AI is a justifiable strategy as long as it provides an edge.

To combat this deceptive behavior, many companies are reevaluating and adjusting their hiring processes to ensure the true capabilities of candidates. Some organizations have canceled remote coding tests in favor of requiring in-person interviews, live whiteboard assessments, or the implementation of AI detection software. Meanwhile, several well-known enterprises have explicitly banned the use of AI during interviews and emphasized the importance of face-to-face evaluations.
