China has recently demonstrated strong competitiveness in the field of artificial intelligence, impacting the global market through three major developments: the release of the Kimi K3 model with performance rivaling top-tier products, the successful listing of memory chip giant CXMT Corp in Shanghai, and the mass production of DUV lithography tools, breaking Western technological blockades.

These breakthroughs have led to a brutal selloff in the global chip market, with the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index falling into a bear market and South Korea's Kospi Index dropping significantly. This reflects investors' growing concerns about the robustness of the capital-intensive chip industry and the trillion-dollar AI investments reliant on Nvidia.

China's rapid development also raises questions about whether Western suppliers have become too complacent, while its robust financing channels highlight the cooling of the US IPO market. Although Chinese models and chips may not yet fully match their Western counterparts, their disruptive power is already sufficient to deal a fatal blow to the global AI stock rally.
