Consequently, domestic manufacturers are increasingly relying on international expansion to sustain growth, with overseas sales surging 80% year-on-year in April. Despite the substantial cost of building foreign distribution networks, these higher-margin global markets represent a crucial lifeline for China's intense EV competition.
