面對這股需求，學術機構與企業正迅速調整策略。頂尖大學相繼推出時程更短、費用更低的 AI 主題高階管理課程；同時，部分科技公司也開始擴大招募剛畢業的年輕世代，期望這些數位原住民能比現有員工更靈活地運用 AI 工具。

According to a survey by consulting firm PwC, executives generally believe that AI skills training is more valuable than a traditional MBA degree in the artificial intelligence era. Companies are facing an urgent need to effectively adopt new technologies and thus desperately require technical talent who can actually build and manage AI applications.

To attract employees with AI expertise, up to ninety percent of surveyed executives said they are willing to offer higher compensation. This trend poses a severe challenge to expensive traditional business school degrees, prompting many prospective students to carefully reevaluate the return on investment of pursuing an MBA.

In response to this demand, academic institutions and companies are rapidly adjusting their strategies. Top universities are increasingly offering shorter and cheaper AI-themed executive courses; meanwhile, some tech companies are expanding entry-level hiring for recent graduates, hoping these digital natives will be able to utilize AI tools more flexibly than existing employees.
